Meta Platform User Data Deletion Instructions
Under global data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA), users interacting with our internal applications have the right to request the complete erasure of their stored metadata. If you have authorized this media application and wish to request the removal of any cached page activity data, comment history logs, or commenter IDs from our secure internal databases, please follow these steps:
Send an explicit email request from your corporate account to our administration desk at info@my-s-media-webapp.info.
Format your subject line exactly as: "Meta Platform Data Deletion Request".
Provide your full legal name, the email address associated with your user session, and the specific Facebook Page name you authorized.
Upon verification of your operational profile, our database administrators will permanently delete all associated metadata logs within 30 business days, unless retention is strictly required for legal or security compliance.
S-Media Internal WebApp supports Meta’s Data Deletion Callback mechanism.
When a user removes the application’s authorization through Facebook settings, Meta may send a data deletion request to our configured callback endpoint.
Such requests are processed in accordance with our data deletion procedures and applicable Meta Platform requirements.
Users may also submit a deletion request using the contact information provided on this page. Requests concerning Facebook commenters do not require access to the application’s internal accounts.
We may request reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity and identify the relevant data before processing a deletion request.
